Welcome to Textmolt. Textmolt is an AI-powered writing assistant plugin for WPS Writer and Microsoft Word desktop editions. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

Service Description

Textmolt provides AI-assisted writing, text rewriting, content summarization, translation, and other features through a sidebar interface. Textmolt uses a credit-based billing system. Users must register an account and purchase credits to access paid features. Unregistered users may use basic features within a limited free quota.

Account Registration

To use Textmolt, you must create an account:

• Users must provide a valid email address and verify identity through a one-time passcode (OTP)
• Each user should register only one account; automated bulk registration is prohibited
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials
• Security issues arising from user negligence are the user's responsibility

Acceptable Use

When using Textmolt, you must not:

• Generate content that violates applicable laws or infringes on others' rights
• Circumvent billing, rate limits, or security measures through technical means
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code

Billing & Credits

• Users purchase credits through the payment channels provided by Textmolt; credits take effect immediately
• Consumed credits are non-refundable; refund policies for unused credits are as specified at the time of purchase
• Textmolt reserves the right to adjust pricing; changes will be announced in advance
• Pricing changes will not affect existing active subscriptions

• Full refund available within 7 days of subscription if under 60% quota used

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Textmolt relies on third-party large language models (LLMs) to generate content; AI outputs are for reference only
• Users should independently verify the accuracy and suitability of AI-generated content
• Textmolt does not guarantee that AI outputs are fully accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice
• Users assume responsibility for any consequences of relying on AI suggestions

Intellectual Property

The software, interface, design, and documentation of Textmolt are protected by intellectual property laws. User-submitted document content remains the property of the user. Textmolt does not use user documents for model training. Users may freely use AI-generated content within legal bounds.

Service Interruptions & Liability

Textmolt is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or scheduled maintenance. Textmolt depends on third-party AI model providers; if a provider becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives. In no event shall Textmolt's total liability exceed the amount the user has actually paid in the preceding 12 months.

Account Suspension & Termination

Textmolt reserves the right to warn, restrict, or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, account data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to Terms

Textmolt reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of changes within the product. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Textmolt operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
