Refund Policy

Important Notice
Payments are processed by third-party service Creem. Refund requests must be submitted through the plugin's refund page or by contacting our support email.
We want you to be satisfied with Textmolt. If you're not, we offer a fair refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if you meet the following conditions:
- Refund requested within 7 days of subscription
- Used less than 60% of total quota
- Not terminated due to terms violations
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription exceeds 7 days
- Over 60% of monthly quota used
- Terminated due to terms violations
- Renewal subscriptions that previously received refunds
How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund:
Option 1: In-Plugin Request
Open settings in the WPS/Word plugin, navigate to "Account & Subscription", and click the "Request Refund" button.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to our dedicated refund address with the following information:
- Email address used for subscription
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
- Request date
Await Review
We will review your refund request within 1-2 business days and notify you via email of the result.

Processing Time
- Request review: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Arrival time: Depending on payment method, may take up to 5-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Partial Refunds
In special circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:
- Major service outages preventing normal use
- Severe experience degradation due to our fault
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in special cases (e.g., fraud, abuse). We will do our best to communicate and resolve issues with you.
