How we handle your email

This page covers one thing: the email address you give us to be told when Textmolt opens for download. It is not the product's privacy policy — for how the add-in handles your documents, see the Privacy Policy.

Who collects it

Textmolt. Anything on this page, write to [email protected] and a human answers.

What we collect

Your email address, which page you signed up from, and the version of this notice you were shown. That is the whole list. No name, no company, no tracking pixels, and no open or click tracking in the emails we send.

What we use it for

Two things, and nothing else. To send you one email when downloads open; and to recognise this address if you sign up at launch, so the waitlist offer applies to your account. We do not sell addresses, hand them to advertisers, or quietly turn the list into a newsletter you never asked for.

On what basis

Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You give it twice on purpose: once by submitting the form, once by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Until that second click, nothing is sent to you and the address sits unconfirmed.

Who else touches it

Loops (Astrodon Corporation, United States) keeps the list and sends the email on our behalf, under a data processing agreement with us. Your address is stored in the United States. Nobody else sees it.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or twelve months after the launch email goes out — whichever comes first. Then it is deleted, without you having to ask.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party fonts or scripts, and runs no analytics. Nothing leaves your browser until you type an address and press the button. That is why there is no cookie banner here.

What you can do

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — write to [email protected]. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
